We hire by invitation.
The studio is small by design — typically one to three principal engineers in addition to the founder.
§ 02 — Who we hire
We hire two kinds of people.

Senior revenue-systems engineers — People who have shipped production AI systems against a business outcome. The bar is not "has used the OpenAI API." The bar is "has owned a system in production that a CFO has a number on."
02
Former VPs of RevOps who have moved into building — People who can scope an engagement with a CFO on Monday and write the architecture document on Tuesday. The bar is judgment, not credentials.
§ 03 — How to apply
There is no application form.
Send a note to careers@fusedlabs.com with one thing: a system you have shipped, in your own words, with the outcome it produced and the trade-offs you would change in retrospect.
We read everything. We reply to most. We will not reply with a form letter, and we will not put you in a database.
§ 04 — What we do not offer
We do not offer junior roles. We do not offer remote contractor positions priced as full-time roles. We do not offer "ground floor equity" in lieu of cash.
We pay senior salaries because we hire senior people, and we share profit because the studio is profitable.
