§ 01 — Engineering

Two engagements. One discipline.

The diagnostic tells you where the leaks are. Engineering is where we fix them — first on paper, then in code. Most studios sell one or the other. We sell both, in sequence, because a blueprint without a builder is a deck, and a build without a blueprint is a bet.

§ 02 — Engineering Blueprint

A buildable specification. Fixed fee. From $25,000.

Most "AI strategy" engagements terminate in a slide deck and a Notion doc. The Blueprint terminates in something a senior engineer could pick up on Monday and start building from on Tuesday. It is the artifact your CFO underwrites and your CTO ratifies.

01
System architectureThe end-to-end design of the AI system, diagrammed at a level that survives a technical review.
02
Data contractsThe schemas, sources, refresh cadence, and integrity constraints. Where the data comes from, what it must look like, and what breaks if it does not.
03
Model selectionThe reasoning model, the embedding stack, the retrieval layer, the evaluation harness — with the trade-off matrix that produced each choice.
04
ROI modelA CFO-grade spreadsheet that quantifies the dollar value of each system on a 24-month horizon, including build cost, run-rate cost, and counterfactual cost of doing nothing.
05
Build planA 90-day execution plan with weekly milestones, decision gates, and a named owner on our side and yours.
TimelineThree to four weeks, partner-led.
DeliverableA single signed document.
CadenceNo standing meetings. No "sprints." No Slack channel that lives forever.

§ 03 — Custom AI Revenue Systems

Production software. Scoped per engagement. Owned by you on day 91.

The Blueprint specifies. The Build ships. Most of what we build falls into one of six system categories — your engagement is some combination of them.

01
Pipeline scoringReplaces opportunity-stage gut reads with a model trained on your win data. Outputs a probability and the three features driving it.
02
Signal routingCaptures intent signals across your data sources and routes them — in seconds, not hours — to the rep, the play, or the sequence most likely to convert them.
03
Lead enrichmentReplaces the per-seat enrichment tax with a pipeline that pulls firmographic and behavioral signal from the sources your stack already pays for.
04
Churn detectionSurfaces at-risk accounts thirty to ninety days earlier than the CSM team would, with a written explanation a human can act on.
05
Deal reviewReads your call transcripts, deal histories, and pipeline state, and returns a pre-call brief that the AE would have written if they had a week. Generated in eleven seconds.
06
Exec readoutAuto-generates the weekly revenue readout from the underlying data — same numbers your VP RevOps would produce, on a Sunday night, without being asked.
Engagement shape90 days from kickoff to deployed system, including a two-week stabilization tail.
HandoffOwnership transfers on day 91 — source, weights, prompts, evaluation harness, and runbook all move into your repository under your license.

§ 04 — What we do not do

We do not retain ownership of the systems we build.

We do not charge a per-seat or per-call usage fee.

We do not lock our work into a proprietary platform you have to rent from us in perpetuity.

We do not staff your team. We do not sit in your standups. We do not maintain a permanent retainer.

We do not white-label, subcontract, or resell the build.

§ 05 — Engagement sequence

The two engagements are independent — you can buy a Blueprint and take it to another builder, or you can bring an existing blueprint to us for the build. In practice, most engagements run the full sequence:

01
Run the diagnosticFive minutes. Free. Identifies the bottlenecks.
02
Scope the BlueprintOne call. We agree the system in scope, the timeline, and the fee.
03
Deliver the BlueprintThree to four weeks. One document. Signed.
04
Build the system90 days. Fixed fee. Weekly checkpoints.
05
Transfer on day 91Source, weights, runbook, harness — all yours.

§ 06 — Questions

Common questions about the engineering engagement.

01
What is an Engineering Blueprint?A signed specification document covering system architecture, data contracts, model selection, evaluation harness, and a 24-month ROI model. Delivered in three to four weeks, fixed fee from $25,000. It is the document your CTO ratifies and your CFO underwrites before the build begins.
02
How long does a custom AI revenue system build take?90 days from kickoff to a deployed system, including a two-week stabilization tail. The timeline is fixed at scoping; scope changes require a new statement of work.
03
Who owns the system after the build? The client owns it entirely on day 91. Source code, model weights, prompts, evaluation harness, and runbook transfer to the client's repository under their license. FusedLabs retains no operational control, no usage fees, and no residual rights.
04
Can we commission the build without the Blueprint?Yes. Both engagements are independent. FusedLabs evaluates third-party blueprints before accepting a build scope; if the specification is incomplete, that is stated before committing to the engagement.
05
Do you maintain a retainer after delivery? No. The stabilization tail is inside the 90-day engagement. After day 91, the system is the client's to operate; FusedLabs does not hold a standing retainer on work already delivered and transferred.
§ 07 — Begin
