§ — Privacy

How we handle your data.

We do not run remarketing pixels, we do not share our subscriber list, and we do not sell your diagnostic data. What follows is the legally enforceable version of that posture.

§ 01 — What we collect

Diagnostic inputs — When you run the Revenue Architect, we collect the answers you provide and the inferences our model makes from them. We retain these to improve the diagnostic and to send you the resulting report. We do not sell or share them.

Form submissions — When you fill out the contact form, we collect the fields you provide and route them to the founder's inbox via Resend. We do not enrich, score, or syndicate these submissions.

Newsletter subscriptions — When you subscribe to the field notes, we collect your email address and store it in a Resend audience. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Site analytics — We use Vercel Analytics and Plausible to measure traffic. Neither service uses cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. No personal data is collected.

§ 02 — What we do not do

We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.

We do not share, sell, or syndicate any data collected on this site.

We do not enrich your data with third-party intent providers.

We do not use cookies for tracking. The only cookies set by this site are functional (session, preferences).

§ 03 — Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, request its deletion, or request that we stop processing it. Send the request to privacy@fusedlabs.com. We respond within thirty days, typically within one business day.

§ 04 — Updates

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update this page and, if you are subscribed to the field notes, send a note describing the change.
