Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of this site and the Revenue Architect diagnostic. They are not the terms of an engagement — those are governed by a signed statement of work.

§ 01 — The short version

You can use this site to read, learn, run the diagnostic, and contact us. You should not scrape it, mirror it, or use it to train a model. If you engage us, the engagement contract governs the relationship — not this page.

§ 02 — Acceptable use

You may use this site for personal and commercial review of FusedLabs and its services.

You may not:

  • Scrape, mirror, or republish content from this site without written permission.
  • Use this site's content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise inform a machine learning model.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
  • Use the diagnostic to submit false information, automated traffic, or content that would otherwise misuse the system.
§ 03 — The diagnostic

The Revenue Architect diagnostic is provided as-is, without warranty. The output is informational. It is not a substitute for engineering judgment, financial advice, or a signed engagement.

We retain the right to refuse service to any user whose use of the diagnostic violates these terms or imposes disproportionate cost on the system.

§ 04 — Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, code, the Build vs. Buy Matrix, the twelve-dimension diagnostic framework — is the property of FusedLabs Inc. and is provided for review under the acceptable use terms above.

The systems we build under signed engagements are governed separately and transfer to the client on day 91 per the engagement contract.

§ 05 — Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusedLabs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the diagnostic.

§ 06 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

§ 07 — Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. This version was last updated on May 21, 2026.
